efficient, while integrating your lifestyle into the design. We will make the introductions and set
up meetings or calls to discuss your project with multiple capable architects, designers, and engineers.
Consulting:
Upon deciding who you feel most comfortable working with, Luxury Custom Homes will
be there throughout the process to facilitate the schedule, stay on budget, ensure quality and
structural integrity, and value engineer your design.

Planning for and Building a custom home is a detailed process. The LCH team works to create your home through a seamless, hands-on, and enjoyable process, while not limiting your imagination – from initial design/budgeting to furnishings. The excitement begins with our first conversation.
Our Building Progress Success comes from timely scheduled communication, continued training, onsite supervision, experience, and a close partnership with our trade craftsmen. We limit the number of new-builds and our work-site radius in order to give our customers the experience they deserve.
